ALCOLIN Z101 RAPID SET FLOOR SCREED is a cement based high
performance, high strength, shrinkage compensated, protein free
self-levelling screed which can be used as a single component
system with water or as a twin pack system using a liquid additive
such as ALCOLIN LATEX-BOND, where enhanced adhesion or flexural
strength is required. ALCOLIN Z101 RAPID SET FLOOR SCREED is an
advanced sub-floor smoothing and patching compound with rapid
hardening and rapid drying properties. It has been specifically
designed for areas where speed is essential for rapid renovation
and repair work prior to receiving floor finishes.
ALCOLIN Z101 RAPID SET FLOOR SCREED will be able to accept light
traffic depending on the circumstances in only 2hrs (walk on time)
after application and will be ready to receive floor finishes in
4hrs. When used in conjunction with ALCOLIN P301 RAPID SET CERAMIC
TILE ADHESIVE / ALCOLIN MOSAIC & MARBLE FIX on flooring
systems, it is possible for screeding and tiling to be completed
within 8 hours again depending on the circumstances
